The Brazilian center-back, Eder Militao, will soon be signing an extension contract with Real Madrid. As per sources, it is a five-year contract that will expire by June 2028 and has a release clause of £1 billion. In the past couple of weeks, several Real Madrid players have signed an extension contract with the club, and it feels good that Militao is a part of their future plan.
Militao has been part of Real Madrid since 2019 and has made close to 150 appearances for the club. He has played a crucial role in Madrid’s dominance in football and will now be a part of the club until 2028. He has a fixed role with the club, and that is to stop the opponents from scoring goals.
The Brazilian footballer missed the start of the 2024–24 season with a ligament tear injury and is still injured. But he will soon be back in the squad and in the future plans of Real Madrid.
