The Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic has made his way to the semi-finals of the 2024 Australian Open. He defeated Taylor Fritz in the quarterfinals and is just two wins away from winning his 25th Grand Slam title. Later in the post-match presentation, he was asked about his secret to winning multiple Grand Slams, and Djokovic gave a hilarious answer.
Novak Djokovic answered:
“Take off your shoes, climb the tree, and hang upside down for 33 minutes and 3 seconds, and you’re going to win a Grand Slam.”
Winning tennis tournaments, especially Grand Slams, is the dream of every tennis player. A few players win, but several don’t, and a few win multiple Grand Slams in their tennis careers. When we talk about multiple Grand Slams, the big three, i.e., Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, and Novak Djokovic, pop into our minds.
Among them, Djokovic has won 24 Grand Slams, which is also the highest by any player in tennis history. Undoubtedly, he is one of the best and is considered the greatest player of all time.
