Every season, we witness youngsters shine throughout the tournament. This season, CJ Stroud did it for the Houston Texans, Jordan Love for the Green Bay Packers, and many more. Similarly, for the San Francisco 49ers, it was their quarterback, Brock Purdy.
The rookie had an average outing in his first NFL season (2022), with 1,374 yards in nine games. But this season, he had 4,280 passing yards to his tally in 16 games. He averaged 267.5 yards per game in the regular season.
Not only that, he averages almost 260 passing yards in the postseason and one touchdown. Undoubtedly, he is the find and has impressed everyone, including his teammates.
Several debates were around whether Purdy was the best quarterback in the league, and here is what Robert Griffin III said:

“The fact that you are doing this blows my mind. Did you think you would be this good? How much confidence did you have? You are just mind-blowing.”
Sarcastically, even Cam Newton praised him by saying:
“Brock Purdy has been playing out of his mind; he is a hot quarterback. But he’s still the tenth-best player on this team.”
Undoubtedly, Brock Purdy was one of the best quarterbacks in the league. He impressed everyone and was consistent throughout the season. Except for one game throughout the season, he had over 200 passing yards to his name with at least one touchdown.
