The 2023 Formula 1 season will be remembered for Max Verstappen and Red Bull’s dominance. Both Max and Red Bull haven’t looked out of shape in any of the Grand Prix and have won every race except the Singapore GP. The dominance of Max this season is so powerful that, he single-handedly won both the drivers and constructors championships. Even the fans are fed up with their dominance and want Max to race in other cars for the remainder of the season.
Every racing expert around the world has praised the car and Max Verstappen, who have performed amazingly every season. Looking at that, a former Formula 1 driver, Felipe Massa, said something that has caught some attention.
Felipe Massa said,
“If you put Lewis or Fernando in the other Red Bull, they wouldn’t beat Max Verstappen.”
The perfect example is Red Bull’s second driver, Sergio Perez. He has struggled a lot after a couple of amazing grand prix at the start. Perez had consecutive podium finishes with two wins until the Miami Grand Prix, but after that, things started to break down.
He had miserable qualifying results and has found it difficult to finish on the podium. Earlier, he was a top contender for Max Verstappen for the 2023 Formula 1 Championship, but he has ended up second in the standings with nearly half the points of Verstappen.
On the other hand, if Lewis and Fernando were partners with Verstappen, things would’ve been different compared to the current situation. They would’ve competed against Verstappen for the championship. As of now, it seems impossible that they will be driving for Red Bull or any other team.
Max Verstappen in the 2023 season

The above are as of the 2023 Las Vegas Grand Prix. There is one more race left in the 2023 season, and the final stats are going to be unbelievable.
