Football fans around the world have started comparing the young strikers, Erling Haaland and Rasmus Hojlund. Twitter and other social media platforms have battles about who is better after Hojlund has consistently performed for his national side in the Euro Cup qualifiers. So far, in eight matches, the Danish striker has scored seven goals with one assist.
Well, he soon ended the battle over social media by saying,
“Haaland? Better not to be compared, he is in a class of his own – he is insane!” Don’t compare me to Erling.
He further concluded by saying, “I hope one day I can reach his level, but right now I think it’s too early. Erling is the world’s best striker, if not the world’s best footballer!”
Well, he may be right as of now. The reason is that Haaland has played eight matches in the Premier League and has scored eight goals with one assist. Similarly, for the Norway National Football Team, he has played five matches and scored six goals with one assist.
