The legendary Ronaldo Nazario of Brazil has offered his prediction for the FIFA World Cup winner in Qatar. Former Brazil star Ronaldo thinks Argentina, one of his nation’s fiercest athletic rivals, is not a team he can support at the World Cup. Instead, he backs France as “strong favorites” to win the tournament again.
Ronaldo won’t be supporting the South American in Tuesday’s semifinal matchup against Croatia, however, Lionel Messi still has a chance to win the lone significant trophy out of reach.
France, Morocco, Argentina, and Croatia are the only four teams left in the competition as it enters the semifinal round.
Tomorrow (December 14), La Albiceleste will play Croatia in the first semifinal, while Les Bleus will play Morocco in the second semifinal.
Ronaldo Prediction Statement
If Argentina wins the World Cup, Ronaldo refused to act hypocritically and claim that they would please him for them. However, I think of football as romantic. And I will appreciate any champion.
“At a roundtable in Doha with the media, including AFP, the two-time World Cup champion stated, My prediction has always been Brazil and France in the final”.
Brazil no longer exists. But France continues to support their standing as the top favorites by winning match after match.
Ronaldo Prediction was in Brazil vs France
Brazil, who many predicted would win the tournament, was defeated by Croatia in penalties in the quarterfinals.
At the FIFA World Cup in 2022, Ronaldo predicted that Brazil and France would play in the championship game. However, he has projected that Les Bleus will defend their crown now that they have eliminated his home team.
Ronaldo Backs Kylian Mbappe
“He is aware of how to make advantage of his abilities and outrun the competition. And he uses them to create assists or score goals,” remarked Ronaldo, who anticipates that the 23-year-old Mbappe will break a lot of records.
He “has the time, the ability, the thirst, and the talent to overcome it all, without a doubt.”
He also Paid Respect to Morocco’s performance
The fact that an African team is in the World Cup semifinals is “a tremendous football story,” he remarked.
“I observed the emotions in Morocco, and football provides us with extremely lovely things.”
