4. Sachin Tendulkar – 37 years and 356 days
Sachin Tendulkar, the master blaster of cricket must have been in the heavens after the World Cup victory in 2011. He continued his form from World Cup to IPL. Against the Kochi Tuskers Kerala, Sachin smashed a century and became 4th oldest player to score a ton in IPL. He was 37 years and 356 days old at the time of the century.
3. Chris Gayle – 38 years and 209 days
Chris Gayle, the Universe Boss features at number 3 in the list of oldest players to score an IPL century. The Gayle storm has 10000 runs in T20 format. He hit 104 runs for Kings XI Punjab against SRH and occupied the 3rd position in this unique list. This century also means he is the oldest man from the West Indies to score an IPL century. He was 38 years and 209 days old.

2. Sanath Jayasuriya – 38 years and 319 days
Sanath Jayasuriya scored a century in the inaugural season of IPL and became the 2nd oldest player to score a century in IPL. The knock of 114 not out was against arch-rivals Chennai Super Kings. This Sri Lankan legend was 38 years and 319 days at the time of the century.
1.Adam Gilchrist – 39 years and 184 days
Adam Gilchrist despite being an Aussie was and is still loved by Indians. He led Deccan Chargers to their first IPL title in 2010. He then moved to Kings XI Punjab. The knock which makes him the oldest player in IPL to score a century came against RCB. He was 39 years and 184 days old at the time of the century.
