Nikola Jokic brought his A-game against their divisional opponents, Damian Lillard and the Portland Trail Blazers, who had won two straight games. The Joker recorded his 13th triple double of the season in 34 minutes of play, scoring 34 points, 12 rebounds, and 10 assists. And by doing so, he kept moving up the list of all-time triple doubles.
According to ESPN Stats & Info, Jokic’s incredible performance has tied him with Magic Johnson and Larry Bird for the seventh-most 30-point triple-double performances in history with 17.

Nuggets beat Blazers thanks to Nikola Jokic
It seemed like any other night at Ball Arena by the time the Nuggets defeated the visiting Trail Blazers 122-113 to earn their seventh straight victory. The only difference in this victory is that head coach Michael Malone had already implemented health and safety protocols when assistant coach David Adelman took over on the sidelines.
Denver had a 73-66 lead after a high-scoring first half, but Lillard kept Portland in the game with 30 points in the first two quarters.

Jokic scored 36 points on 13 of 14 field goal attempts, including an almost flawless free-throw shooting performance.
Nikola Jokic led the Nuggets to a 73-67 lead at the break. Porter scored 13 points in the first half and Murray added 11, while Jokic scored 21 points on 8-of-8 shooting.
Five Denver players scored in double figures, including the Serb (23 points), Jamal Murray (17 points), Michael Porter Jr.
Aaron Gordon contributed 11, while Bruce Brown scored 12 points off the bench.
