The match was pretty much one sided from the very first minute of the match as the Heats dismantled the Celtics completely throughout the entire match. The Heats took a lead of 18-39 at the end of the first half and the Celtics never really came back into the match and in the end suffered a defeat in the very first game with just 6 points. Jaylen Brown put everything into the match and was the best Celtics’ player on the court having picked up 40 points and Al Horford again had a great match but couldn’t save the match for his team.
The Heats on the other hand were considered the favourites going in into this match who got the job done quite easily wrapping the night with a 103-109 victory over the distraught Celtics. It was a combined and brilliant team performance by the Heats as nearly all of their players got on the score sheet with every player registering double figure points. Bam Adebayo pulled 31 points and also supplied with 10 assists and 6 rebounds. Max Strus and P.J. Tucker also had a great game with both scoring 16 and 17 points respectively.
Miami Heat Match Report
Erik Spoelstra’s men were buzzing with confidence leading up to this match and have wrapped the first game in fine fashion. Having kept the inform Jason on a regular show last night allowing him to score just 10 points, all the credits goes to Bam Adebayo in the defense. Bam Adebayo keeps on marching ahead and took the game away from the Celtics doing his job offensively as well picking up 31 points. P.J. Tucker was in a stellar form as well and proved his worth yet again last night with a magnificent performance. Max Strus continued to pose trouble for the Celtics’ defenders throughout the match.
Boston Celtics Match Report
Ime Udoka’s side were left stunned by the Heats’ performance in the third match and they seemed absolutely clueless the entire match. Jaylen Brown and Al Horford were the only positives from the match but the otters failed to improvise.  Marcus Smart managed to get back into the court after suffering a injury in the second round to provide his team with 16 point but that was never going to be enough to stop the Heats from taking the match away from them.
