Delhi Capitals opening batsman Prithvi Shaw purchased a brand new house in Mumbai’s Bandra worth a whopping 10.5 crore. The amount is almost equal to Shaw’s cumulative IPL salary over the last five years.
Following suit from MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli, the 22-year old has decided to invest in properties at Mumbai. Although having not been part of the Indian Setup, the youngster is a prominent feature for Delhi in the IPL
According to the Economic Times, the apartment is Situated on Project 81 Aureate by MJ Shah on KC Road. It has a huge carpet area of 2209 sq.ft and a terrace area od 1654 sq.ft. The property comes along with three exclusive parking spots’s. ‘Pyramid Developers and Ultra Lifespace’ are the developers of this project.

The dashing opening batsman is currently worth 98 crores at only 22. In addition to his new home, Shaw also own a luxury designer house in Virar, Maharastra. He also owns multiple real estate properties abroad.
Shaw allegedly paid INR 52.50 lakhs in stamp duty on March 31. The registration of the document, however, took place a few days later, on April 28.
Picked up by the Delhi Capitals in the 2018 auction for 1.2 crore, Shaw has been a vital part of the squad ever since. His salary remained the same for the next three years until DC decided to retain him for 7.5 crore.
