After the Kansas City Chiefs won their second consecutive Super Bowl, the team made a promise. It is a three-peat Super Bowl, which no team has done in NFL history. The Chiefs’ tight end, Travis Kelce, openly talked about going for a three-peat. Can they? Stephen Smith believes the Cincinnati Bengals’ quarterback, Joe Burrow, is their biggest hurdle.
Stephen A. Smith said:
“I think it is the Cincinnati Bengals because of Joe Burrow. I can’t underestimate them. They are the biggest hurdle to the Chiefs three-peat.”
He also mentioned:
“A healthy Joe Burrow will chase them. When Joe is healthy, the Cincinnati Bengals are a beast team!”

Is Joe Burrow the biggest threat to the Chiefs three-peat?
The Kansas City Chiefs have a record of 15-3 in the postseason since 2018. Their three losses came against the Patriots, Buccaneers, and Bengals.
Of these three teams, Tom Brady was the quarterback of two (Patriots and Buccaneers). On the other hand, Burrow was the quarterback for the Bengals.
The only quarterbacks to keep the Chiefs from winning the championship are Brady and Burrow. Undoubtedly, Burrow holds the upper hand against the Chiefs in the postseason. Maybe a healthy Joe Burrow can be the biggest threat to the Chiefs’ three-peat.
Moreover, when the Cincinnati Bengals have Burrow as their quarterback, the team plays like a champion.
