Die-hard Novak Djokovic fan shares heartwarming Instagram post after the Serb surprises her in Monte Carlo

She recalled her chance meeting with the World No.1 in Monaco by writing how she was left disheartened when he disappeared into a building after not hearing her loud calls.

Novak Djokovic is in Monte Carlo, Monaco, for the upcoming clay season this week. Ahead of the tournament, which is set to begin on April 8, a die-hard tennis fan, who visited the city, never thought she would meet Djokovic there.

She recalled her chance meeting with the World No.1 in Monaco by writing how she was left disheartened when he disappeared into a building after not hearing her loud calls. But when the Serb came out, she did not miss the opportunity to meet her favorite player.

Just as I expected, Novak was as warm and inviting as ever. He held his hand out to shake mine and listened to me as I told him what I thought of him and his tennis,” she wrote on Instagram.

Next up, French Open then Wimbledon, so that you can break this tie and become the undisputed GOAT! Also hopeful that the USA will chill tf out and fix these rules so that you can be back in NY in August,” she added. The post quickly went viral among tennis fans.
