Carroll joined the Seahawks as head coach in 2010. But this wasn’t his first team as a head coach. He first head coached the New York Jets in 1994 and later for the New England Patriots from 1997 to 1999. Then he joined the USC and later the Seahawks as their head coach.
He not only joined them as a head coach but also as the vice president of football operations. Well, he isn’t a head coach for them as of the 2024–25 season but will remain the VP of the Seahawks football operation and also as an advisor.
Coming back to his coaching tenure, he was a head coach for the Seahawks for 14 seasons. In those 14 seasons, he helped the team reach the wild card round ten times. Even though his postseason record hasn’t been impressive, he won the Super Bowl Championship once in 2013.
Talking about records, he has a record of 137-89-1 with a win percentage of .606 in the regular season and 10-9 in the postseason. Collectively, he has a record of 147-99-1 as head coach for the Seattle Seahawks.
