Denver’s Nikola Jokic and James’ teammate Anthony Davis are second and third in the Western Conference frontcourt voting, respectively, behind James. Fans cast 50% of the votes cast for the All-Star team. NBA players and the media share the remaining half equally.

LeBron James and Kevin Durant Lead the Voting List
LeBron James and Kevin Durant are the top vote-getters, which is not surprising.
James ranks among the NBA’s top players on the shortest of short lists, and he also competes for the Los Angeles Lakers on a significant platform. With an average of 29.0 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 6.6 assists per game, he is well on his way to appearing in his 19th All-Star Game overall.
If this voting trend continues, Durant, a superstar of his generation, will be selected to the All-Star game for the 13th time in his career. He averages 29.9 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 5.5 assists per game for the Nets, who have won 16 of their last 18 games.
Next Thursday will bring the next vote update, and on January 26 on TNT, they will announce the starters. It will then reveal the reserves on TNT on February 2.
