The Red Bull F1 team has completely dominated the past two seasons. Their racing driver, Max Verstappen, won the drivers’ championship twice and did it convincingly. Similarly, Sergio Perez was among the top three in the past two seasons. As a result, they easily won the constructors’ championship.
Last season, the F1 universe saw one of the most dominant seasons by a team and driver. They won 21 Grand Prix and fell short by one to have a clean-season sweep.
Max Verstappen was the pioneer, as he won 19 Grand Prix, followed by Sergio Perez with two. This is one of the most dominant performances by a team in a season. Looking at their dominance, Lewis Hamilton releases a stay that will shock every F1 fan.
Lewis Hamilton said:
“We have had Schumacher dominance and my era of dominance. We can’t take anything away from the Red Bull.”
“They have raised the bar ‘so high’ that teams are striving to get to their level so they can have closer battles on the race track.”

The dominance of the Red Bull F1 Team
It all began in 2022 with a double DNF in the first Grand Prix of the season. Yes, the Red Bull F1 team’s dominance began with a double DNF. But in the second race of the season, they bounced back, with Max Verstappen winning the Grand Prix by only 0.549 seconds.
Then, in the third race of the 2022 season, Verstappen had a DNF with a car problem, but Sergio Perez managed it well with a podium finish.
But everything changed after the 2022 Emilia Romagna Grand Prix, as they secured a top-two finish. Since then, both Red Bull drivers have been unstoppable. Verstappen won the 2022 Drivers’ Championship, and Perez finished third in the standings.
Altogether, they had 17 wins and 28 podium finishes. They easily won both championships and were favorites to win the next season.
Like 2022, they began the 2O23 season with a top-two finish. Since they won every Grand Prix except Singapore. They ended the season with 21 wins and 30 podium finishes. Moreover, they broke numerous records throughout the season.
