Sao Paulo Grand Prix to be a Part of the F1 Race Calendar Until 2030

Formula 1 Sao Paulo Grand Prix will be a part of the race calendar for seven more years. The Grand Prix has witnessed several championship wins and close contest battles, and now we will be witnessing many more. The first ever Sao Paulo Grand Prix was held in 1972, and to date, a total of 50 Grand Prix have been held on this beautiful track.

Since then, it has been a part of the F1 race calendar and hasn’t been omitted in any season. Earlier, it was a part of the calendar until 2025, and now FIA has signed a five-year extension deal with them until 2030. The legendary racer Alain Prost has won the race six times, which is the most by any driver. When it comes to constructors, McLaren has won the Grand Prix a total of 12 times.

The Brazilian Grand Prix also hosts the Sprint Race after qualifying. Well, now it is a part of the F1 Race Calendar until 2030, and let’s see who dominates the 7-kilometer (4.3-mile) long circuit. It is known for its challenging corners, elevation changes, and many other factors.
