The One-Day International World Cup is one of the biggest ICC tournaments in cricket. It is so prestigious that it happens once every four years, and the winners are crowned the world champions of cricket. It all began in 1975 when England hosted the first-ever World Cup. Australia and New Zealand have played in eight ODI World Cup semi-finals, which is the joint-most by any team. Australia has made the most of winning the World Cup five times, and surprisingly, New Zealand is yet to win the glorious trophy.
