Likewise, every F1 driver has a super license that expires at the end of the season, which also needs to be renewed. Well, to renew a super license, there is a fixed amount of €10,400 set by the FIA, plus €2,100 per point scored in the past season.
As of the 2024 season, Verstappen and Perez scored a total of 575 and 285 points, respectively. As a result, the team needs to pay €1.22 million to renew Verstappen’s super license and €609,000 to renew Perez’s super license.
