The Alfa Romeo F1 team began their 2024 season with a promising start as Bottas finished 8th at the 2024 Bahrain Grand Prix. No one knew that this was going to be their best finish of the season. Later at the 2024 Australian Grand Prix, Zhou Guanyu finished 9th and scored 2 crucial points for the team.
Both drivers gave their best for the team, but it was the car that couldn’t prove to be better than other cars. They had to wait for a long time for their next points, and later they came at the Canadian Grand Prix.
Their best performance as a team came at the 2024 Qatar Grand Prix, where both drivers finished in points. Bottas came in 8th, and Zhou finished in 9th, which resulted in the team getting 6 important points. Sadly, that was the last time the team got points in their tally. With 16 points and seven top-10 finishes, the Alfa Romeo F1 team finished 9th in the constructors’ championship.
