Several clubs in football history have a rich background. Rich doesn’t refer to money but also a champion background. Real Madrid is one of the Spanish clubs with a historical background and a champion present. Bayern Munich is also one of them. Similarly, the English club Manchester United is one of the biggest clubs in football history.
They are a champion side, but in recent years, things have shattered significantly. The club has lost almost half of the games they have played. Even their former player believes they are not a top club anymore.

Zlatan’s journey with United
Zlatan Ibrahimovic represented Manchester United for two seasons (2016–2018). He made 53 appearances for the club and scored 29 goals and 10 assists. While he was a part of the club, they won the 2016–17 EFL Cup, the 2016 FA Community Shield, and the 2016–17 UEFA Europa League. But they couldn’t win bigger championship titles like the Premier League and Champions League.
Even after the exit of Ibrahimovic from the club, they only managed to win one title, which was the 2022–23 EFL Cup. Moreover, they haven’t finished in the Premier League top four and have failed to qualify for the Champions League.
Sadly, one of the most decorated clubs in football history is having a downfall. If the correct steps are not taken now, things might get more complicated for them.
