The Houston Rockets guard, Kevin Porter, was arrested by the New York Police Department on Monday. The player is accused of domestic violence against his girlfriend, Kysre Gondrezick.
Kevin Porter Jr. is a 23-year-old basketball player who represents the Houston Rockets. The player had a controversial beginning to his NBA career as he was selected by the Milwaukee Bucks and later traded to the Cleveland Cavaliers.
He was a part of the Cavaliers for two seasons and was traded midway through the season to the Houston Rockets. While he was a part of the team, in 2020 he was arrested in Ohio on a weapon charge. Later, there were no charges against him as no evidence was found.
Now again, he has been arrested in New York and is currently under investigation by the NYPD.
