“It’s time for Bill Belichick to go!” says ESPN analyst

After two decades of domination by the New England Patriots, the past two seasons haven’t been promising. They have completely been out of shape and have lost 22 games in the past two seasons. The 2024–24 season is one of the seasons that their coach, Bill Belichick, and the team need to forget. Looking at their past season’s performances, an ESPN analyst released a controversial statement.

ESPN analyst Stephen Smith said:

“I think it’s time for Bill Belichick to go!”

He also mentioned, “He should not be fired. He is the greatest coach in this generation.”

Coaches get sacked due to the team’s poor performance after every season in the NFL. Looking at the Patriots past couple of seasons, things might get cheesy here. But we don’t think the New England Patriots will sack Bill Belichick. He is the best coach in the team’s history and also in the NFL’s history. Without a doubt, he will bounce back and coach the team in the upcoming seasons.
