The star-studded German national football team has yet again lost to the Japan national football team. This was their second encounter in international football, and Japan won both matches. It is sad to see a team that has players like Kimmich, Ter Stegan, Rudiger, Gundogan, and many more stars lose against a lower-rank team.

Both teams went with the same formation of 4-2-3-1 at the Volkswagen Arena. The game began with attacking football by both teams, and it didn’t take long for the scoreboards to have numbers. Junya Ito scored the first goal in the 11th minute of the game.

Japan was leading the encounter by one goal. Well, the Germans didn’t hold back and were quick with their response. Leroy Sane scored the first goal for the team in the 19th minute. Germany drew 1-1 with Japan.

Likewise, the Japanese player continued their attacking approach and scored the second goal three minutes after Leroy Sane’s goal. It was in the 22nd minute of the game and was scored by Ayase Ueda. Then it was time to change their strategy and control the game. At halftime, the scores were Germany 1-2 Japan.
