1. 231/4 against the Punjab Kings in 2011
The inning total of 231/4 by the Punjab Kings against the Delhi Capitals is the highest in their history. The reason was a complete effort by the Delhi batters.
The DC Openers had a partnership of 146 runs and lost their first wicket in the 12th over. Sehwag had to depart with a score of 77 in 35 balls. A few overs later, David Warner lost his wicket after scoring 77 runs in 48 balls.
After their wickets, Venugopal Rao and Naman Ojha managed the death over batting and scored 28 and 19 runs, respectively.

2. 228/4 against the Kolkata Knight Riders in 2020
This inning by the Capitals in 2020 stands as one of their best batting performances in history. Shreyas Iyer, who captained the team, smoked the Kolkata bowlers as he scored 88 runs off 38 balls.
Not only him, but three other batters smashed KKR bowlers all around the Sharjah Cricket Stadium. Shaw scored 66 runs off 41 balls, Dhawan 26 runs off 16 balls, and Pant 38 runs off 17 balls.
Altogether, they scored 228 runs, which stands as their second-best highest score in history.

3. 219/4 against the Kolkata Knight Riders in 2018
Not once, but for the second time, KKR is on the list. As mentioned, the main reason was Shreyas Iyer, who scored 93 runs off 40 balls.
This game was played at the Arun Jaitley and was also Iyer’s first as captain. Not only Iyer, but three more batters smashed Kolkata bowlers for runs. Shaw scored 62 runs off 44 balls, Munro scored 33 runs off 18 balls, and Maxwell scored 27 runs off 18 balls.
Collectively, they scored 219 runs in 20 overs, which is their third-highest total in history.
