MCG or Melbourne cricket ground is an iconic sporting value in Jolimont, Melbourne, Victoria. It was built in 1853 and the first international match was played in 1877 between Australia and England. Notably, it was also the first-ever test played in MCG. This stadium is currently curated by David Sandursky. Melbourne Cricket Ground boundaries are one of the biggest boundaries in cricket stadiums around the world. The largest boundary of MCG is 84 Metres in the mid-wicket region while the shortest is 75 m in the square, however, other than these, the boundary is around 76 metres all around the stadium. Considering these boundaries, one can easily understand that it’s not easy for better to score a boundary and they have to use brute force while attacking the bowlers. The boundaries are so long that the players can easily take three runs while running only.
