The national squad of Italy is now sponsored by Adidas, and they have stepped up their game. After being named as the new supplier of shirts for the Azzurri. Adidas has now launched their first product line for the Italian national football team. The gorgeous designs will probably have fans and kit enthusiasts hungry.
A significant portion of the collection’s design draws inspiration from marble. Which, as anyone who has had the good fortune to visit Italy, will attest. For the Italy National Team, Adidas used a marble design
Many of the cities and art galleries in the nation use it. And cultural feature that characterise Italy,” is the inspiration for both of the new shirts. They covered the blue shirt for the home uniform with a marble pattern in a tonal pattern. They also reflected an Italian culture in other aspects on the shirt. Such as Tricolore accents on the shoulders. A thin stripe running down each side of the shirt, and the word “Italia” on the neck.
On the away jersey, which features a base colour of “off-white” and veining in navy blue and gold. The marbling pattern is considerably more obvious. Similar to the home shirt, it also has Italian accents and technical Adidas elements. The font used for the “Italia” emblem. Which carries on the marble theme. It is the same as that used for the player names and numbers on both jerseys. For introducing designs, they featured players.
Adidas and the Italian Football Federation have produced “The Search – La Ricerca” to introduce the designs. The campaign explores the tale of the search for what it means to be Italian. And the significance of the Azzurri shirt in the construction of Italy’s national identity. It features Italian luminaries, including Alessandro Del Piero, Martina Rosucci, and Gianluigi Donnarumma alongside artist Blanco.
