Every season, we see quarterbacks shine for their team and in the league. For example, Prescott for the Cowboys, Mahomes for the Chiefs, and Stafford for the Rams. They are considered the best quarterbacks in the league. Similarly, ESPN analyst and former NFL player Dan Dorlovsky believes Texans quarterback CJ Stroud should be included on the list.
ESPN analyst and former NFL player Dan Dorlovsky said:
“CJ Stroud is already a top-five quarterback in this league!”

He also mentioned:
“CJ Stroud is aware of the game situation and uses it the best. He quickly sees things clearly and knows how to connect the dots. It is remarkable. He is a top-five quarterback in this league.”
Dan Dorlovsky is completely correct. Despite playing in his first NFL season, Stroud looked like an experienced player from the first game. There were no games in which he couldn’t contribute to the team. He is one of the main reasons the Houston Texans made their way into the playoffs.
Stroud even helped the team win the wild card round but fell short in the divisional round. He ended the season with 4108 passing yards, 23 touchdowns, and five interceptions in 15 games. Moreover, he averaged 225 yards in the playoff games he played in his first NFL season.
Without a doubt, Stroud is one of the best quarterbacks in the league and stands among the top five. Do you agree with Dorlovsky? Let us know in the comment section.
