The 2024 NBA season has turned out to be one of the most unpredictable ones so far. Except for a few teams, others have had a complete roller coaster ride. Some had multiple wins at the start of the season and now have a streak of losses. Similarly, the Los Angeles Lakers are having a roller coaster of a season.
They have rarely set a winning momentum and are in the middle of the points table. A few wins are followed by losses, and vice versa.
Looking at their 2024 season, LeBron James has his say:
“We could, on any given night, beat any team in the NBA. And then, on any given night, we could get our ass kicked.”
It completely goes by the famous statement:
“Sometimes maybe good, and sometimes maybe sh*t!”

Los Angeles Lakers season (so far)
As of January 2024, the Los Angeles Lakers have a record of 24-25. They are standing 9th in the Western Conference, and maybe they will go to the last game for their playoff spot.
Though they won the NBA In-Season Tournament, things haven’t gone properly for them. The longest winning streak they have had in the 2024 season is four games. Apart from that, the Lakers have failed to find winning momentum.
The Lakers are not out of the playoff scenario and need to win games to stay alive. Key players like LeBron James, Anthony Davis, D’Angelo Russell, and Austin Reaves have fired up. All they need to do is believe in themselves and win games.
Their offense and defense have been average throughout the season, and they need to step up if they want to qualify.
