Can Anthony Davis win the Defensive Player of the Year Award?
Davis is averaging 24.7 points, 12.3 rebounds, 3.9 assists, 2.4 blocks, and 1.1 steals per game throughout the season. He has the third-best rebounds in the season and has contributed the most to the team.
Looking at the league, Robert Gobert, Chet Holmgren, and OG Anunoby have better chances than Davis to win the Defensive Player of the Year award. If Davis keeps performing consistently, he will stand a higher chance.
Currently, Davis needs to improve his performance to win the Defensive Player of the Year award.
