There were many indications that he would be joining Barcelona if Inter Miami didn’t qualify for the Major League Soccer final series. Well, he confirms that he never considered any loan deal from now to February.
Lionel Messi said,
“I’m so proud of Inter Miami’s results this season. We won the first title in the club’s history, close to the playoffs.”
He also mentioned, “I’d like to thank Inter Miami, the fans, and the city for all the support they are giving us to improve all together.” I’m really sure we will keep experiencing incredible moments together, as already happened this year.
Well, Messi is right! Since he joined the club, they have won every match that he has played in. They won the League Cup, which is also their first trophy since their establishment. Not only that, they also played in the finals of the US Open Cup but sadly lost. Messi wasn’t a part of the playing XI due to an injury.
To be honest, the club has struggled when Messi is not a part of the playing XI.
