Can Real Madrid get Davies by 2024?
Alphonso Davies is under contract to Bayern Munich through the summer of 2025, and the German champions won’t want to let him go, much less for a low price. According to the report, Real Madrid is aiming for 2024 because they want to complete a transfer as late as possible to get the best value.
Davies has played 134 games for Bayern since joining the team in 2018 and has scored six goals, helping the team win the Bundesliga four times as well as the Champions League. Davies has contributed to four assists for Bayern so far this season across all competitions, but only one of those came in the Bundesliga.
Despite Canada’s elimination from the group stage, Davies was regarded as essential to his team’s overall competitiveness as they participated in international competition for the first time in 36 years.
Real on way to secure impressive deals for 2024
Real Madrid’s 2024 goal is consistent with the transfer of 16-year-old striker Endrick, but they will also be interested in other future targets like Erling Haaland from Manchester City and England’s rising star Jude Bellingham.
