The rise of Rohit Sharma as MI’s captain in the year 2013 was a turning point for the franchise. Under Rohit’s leadership, the team emerged victorious in every alternative year till 2021 and consecutively for 2019 and 2020. The home ground of the team is the famous Wankhede stadium, Mumbai. The New Head coach is Mark Boucher, and Kieron Pollard is the batting coach the team is all set. The franchise is owned by India’s biggest conglomerate Reliance Industries, making Mukesh Ambani the team owner. The sponsorship of the celebrated team has changed from time to time. 1) Slice

Slice is at the top of Mumbai Indians sponsors list 2022

For the next three IPL seasons, Slice is going to be the principal sponsor of the franchise. MI have signed the biggest contract in the history of IPL with the fintech giant Slice. The contract sums up to a total 100 crore INR. Slice’s logo will appear on MI’s official jersey. Founded in 2016 and based in Bangalore, Slice is an Indian financial techno company and an app-based credit card challenger. The T20 franchise and the brand share common values and an approach which is innovative, technological and fan-centric in nature. Such kind of deal with an exuberant brand re-iterates the massive appeal that Mumbai Indians commands amongst the millennials.

2) DHL

DHL is another principal Mumbai Indians Sponsor List 2024

Besides Slice, the international express service provider DHL is also the official principle sponsor and logistics partner. Globally MI’s sponsorship marks DHL’s first ever cricketing partnership. DHL is a German logistics company providing courier, package delivery and express mail service, which is a division of the German logistic firm Deutsche Post. Prior to MI the brand has been associates with Jordan Formula one team, Manchester United football club and CEV champions league to name a few.
