So Harvey Barnes is the next top target that will seek interest from many teams from the PL including the recently promoted ones. However, Newcastle are keen to rebuild their squad and sees Harvey Barnes as an important player for their system and similar to them Spurs, and Aston Villa are also keeping an eye on the 25-year-old, as they are with Maddison. Youri Tielemans (Leicester City)
Another midfielder maestro from Leicester is going to be a top transfer target for several Premier League teams for the next season.
