When we talk about the most successful and consistent team in NBA history, the Boston Celtics are the ones that pop into our minds. They have rarely failed to qualify for the playoffs, and they have 17 NBA championships in their cabinet. Moreover, when it comes to conference or division titles, they are the best team.
Even in the current season, they are leading the eastern conference points table and have their eyes set on the 2024–24 season championship. From their starting players to substitutes, everybody has contributed and is ahead of everyone. Looking at their dominance, former basketball player and ESPN analyst Tim Legler has some golden words for the team.
ESPN analyst Tim Legler said,
“This (Boston Celtics) is the best team in the NBA. I don’t really think it is debatable right now.”
Well, Legler is not wrong. Every season, the Boston Celtics have stood out as one of the best teams. But this season, they are the best team and a threat to every team in the playoffs. A lot of credit goes to their players. It is difficult to stop their forward players. Whether it be Jayson Tatum, Kristaps Porzingis, or Jaylen Brown, every team has found it difficult to stop them.
On the other hand, Jayson Tatum is having a blast in the 2024-24 season. He averages over 26 points per game, with almost 50% of the field goal percentage.
