“This is Doc’s last chance!” says an ESPN analyst on Doc Rivers joining as head coach for the Bucks

The Milwaukee Bucks are one of the strongest teams in the NBA. They are the favorites to win the 2024-24 championship and are among the top two teams. But the team has made a massive change as they removed their head coach, Adrian Griffin, and appointed Doc Rivers for the rest of the season.

Looking at his joining as the head coach for the Milwaukee Bucks, a former NBA player and ESPN analyst has released a statement.

Kendrick Perkins said:

“This is Doc Rivers’ last chance.”

He also mentioned, “If he (Doc) doesn’t reach this team to the finals, his coaching career might end.”

It is speculated that Doc Rivers might join the Bucks by the start of February. Undoubtedly, the Bucks are the best team in the NBA and have a chance to win the NBA Championship.

As of January 2024, they have a record of 31-13 and comfortably sit in second place in the Eastern Conference. It will now depend on Doc to guide the team to winning multiple titles.
