1. Jim Miller: 42 fights

The American mixed martial artist Jim Miller has fought 42 fights in the UFC, which is the most by any fighter in history. He fought in the lightweight and welterweight divisions. Miller’s first fight in the UFC was against David Baron in the UFC 89, and he won by submission. Whereas, his last fight was against Jesse Butler in the UFC on ESPN, which he won in 23 seconds by knockout.

So far, he has a record of 25-16-1 in his UFC career. He has won 25 fights, which is the most fight wins in UFC history. Well, he has the most fights and wins but hasn’t won any UFC championships yet.

2. Andrei Arlovski: 40 fights

The second fighter on the list is Andrei Arlovski, with a total of 40 fights. The heavyweight fighter has fought over 58 fights in his MMA career, of which 40 have come in the UFC. He was the UFC heavyweight champion and the first interim UFC heavyweight champion.

So far, in the UFC, he has a record of 23-17-0. His first fight in the UFC was at the UFC 28 event against Aaron Brink, which he won by submission. On the other hand, his most recent fight was against Don’Tale Mayes at the UFC on ESPN event.

3. Donald Cerrone: 38 fights

The retired American fighter, Donald Cerrone, with 38 fights, finds his place third on the list. The Cowboy was a part of the UFC for 11 years and fought in the lightweight and welterweight divisions. He was also inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame, Class of 2024.

In those 38 fights, he won 23 fights and was named Performer of the Night on seven occasions. He had a title shot for the UFC Lightweight Championship against Rafael DoD Anjos, but sadly, he lost the fight.

4. Clay Guida: 35 fights

Another American fighter finds his place on the list. Clay Guida fought a total of 61 fights in his MMA career, of which 35 were in the UFC. He didn’t win any championships during his MMA career but was a part of Fight of the Night on six occasions.

5. Rafael Dos Anjos and Jeremy Stephens: 34 fights

For fifth place, there is a tie among two fighters, i.e., Rafael Dos Anjos and Jeremy Stephens. Both fighters fought 34 fights each in their UFC careers. Surprisingly, they faced each other during the UFC 91 event, and Jeremy Stephens defeated Rafel Dos Anjos.

Rafael Dos Anjos is a former UFC lightweight champion and has a UFC record of 21-13-0. Whereas Jeremy Stephens has a record of 15-18-1 in the UFC.
