Tennis star Coco Gauff is the highest-paid female athlete in 2024

As a result, six of the top seven highest-paid female athletes are tennis players. Among them, tennis star Coco Gauff is the highest-paid athlete in 2024.

The 19-year-old athlete had an amazing year as a sportsperson as well as a brand endorser. She competed in 19 tennis tournaments and won four of them, including the US Open. In those 19 tournaments, she competed in 63 games and won 49, resulting in a win percentage of 78%.

Altogether, this helped her earn $6.7 million in prize money and get numerous brand endorsement deals. When it comes to brand endorsements, some of the big names that she endorses are Ray Ban, New Balance, and Bose. With the help of all these brands, she earned over $16 million. As a result, Coco Gauff earned $22.7 million and became the highest-paid female athlete in 2024.
