The past few F1 seasons have been a complete roller coaster ride for the Mexican racing driver, Sergio Perez. He made his career move by joining Red Bull Racing in 2021. His first season with the team was balanced, and he finished 4th in the drivers’ championship.
Later in the next two seasons, the performances were good but not that impressive. This season might be his last on the Red Bull Racing team, as several drivers are competing for his seat. Before that, he addresses the pressure of representing the Red Bull F1 team.

“At Red Bull, it is different. There is a reason why many drivers have not survived with the team. The pressure is higher on this team. At Red Bull, the demands are different from those of the rest of the team.”
Undoubtedly, the pressure of representing Red Bull is much higher. They are one of the biggest Formula 1 teams in history. They began their journey in 2005 and won six constructors’ and seven drivers’ championships.
The credit goes to the entire team, including the drivers. They have achieved many things in a short period. But everything hasn’t been easy for them and their drivers’. The pressure on the team members to produce the car is the same as on the drivers to perform.
If a driver fails to deliver in a couple of races, his seat will be in danger. One of the prime examples is Sergio Perez. His side is in danger despite finishing second in the drivers’ championship.
