Double Podium for the McLaren F1 team at the Japanese Grand Prix

Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri finish second and third to secure double points for the first time in 2024. Post-summer break, McLaren F1 team has made a habit of scoring points. They have secured points in every race with seven top-five finishes, including five podium finishes.

McLaren is having their best F1 season in the past few years and is placing the car on podium finishes. If we look at their past-season performances, we know how much McLaren has struggled. Once they were the constructors champion, and in the past few seasons they have struggled to win points.
