The Miami Dolphins are one of the teams that have made their way into the playoffs. They had a great start to the season with a 9-3 record and were in a hunt for the top two seeds. But as the season progressed, they struggled and lost two of their four games. Currently, the record stands at 11-5, and they are competing for the division championship.
Looking at their end-of-season performance, ESPN analyst Stephen Smith is unhappy with them. He said:
“I have lost all faith and respect for the Miami Dolphins!”
He also mentioned, “I am so disgusted with the Miami Dolphins; they make me sick. Every time the bright lights come on, they don’t just lose; they get their ass kicked.”
As of week 17, the Dolphins have a record of 11-5 and are still in the hunt for the division championship. But a few weeks ago, they had a record of 9-3 and were contenders for the conference championship.
One of the interesting facts about their 2024-24 season is that they have a record of 7-1 at home. But when it comes to away games, they have a record of 4-4. Moreover, all the games they have lost are against the top teams (Eagles, Bills, Chiefs, Titans, and Ravens).

The only thing that has let down the Miami Dolphins is their defense. No doubt, they have one of the best offensive lineups. But their defense needs to step up, especially in high-pressure games.
